If you possess a refined set of service skills and adaptability, we invite you to apply. One yearof fine dining experience preferred In depth knowledge of food, spirits, cocktails and wines. Must have availability (Days, Nights, weekends). A strong work ethic is a must. Team player mentality – must be able to work well with others. Professional demeanor, positive attitude, polished appearance with the ability to exceed our guests' expectations. Excellent time management and organizational skills and be able to multitask. Ability to understand and speak about menu items. Maintain composure during busy times. Must have abasic understanding of fine dining service. Must be able to problem solve and be open to constructive criticism. Punctuality is a must. Excellent communication skills Must be able to lift 50lbs Must be able to stand 8 hours
